If you experience issues connecting your Rane FOUR to Serato DJ Pro, please run through the following troubleshooting steps.
First, confirm your computer meets the system requirements to run the latest version of Serato DJ Pro.
WINDOWS
To find your system specifications on Windows,
- Click the Windows icon in the lower-left, then click Settings(the gear icon).
- Click System.
- Now click About. It's located on the left-side navigation section in Windows 10. In Windows 11, it is in the middle. You may have to scroll down to see About.
Make sure you meet the requirements as shown below:
*Please note: Celeron and Pentium processors are not supported.
MAC
To find your system specifications on Mac,
- Click the Apple logo in the upper-left, then About This Mac.
